Artwork Guidelines

Recommended file types: High-Resolution PNG, EPS, AI, or PSD. Artwork needs to be created at 300 DPI and not converted after the design has been created for the best print quality. Images with lower quality will not print well. The printing process needs a high-quality image to have a clean and neat image. Check your edge quality and watch out for pixelated images. Please remove any background colors, text, or images that are not intended to print. Do not include a background color, shirt, or shirt color.
Downloaded files from the internet are not recommended.

Vector artwork is best for the highest quality print. All artwork will be printed in CMYK with a white under-base. For any artwork submitted in RGB, colors are subject to change when converted to CMYK. Please note this will change the overall look of your design. Colors may not print the same as what you see on your phone or monitor. Pantone colors are accepted but some colors may not print to the exact description. Small, Fine Print: Words less than 0.35 inches will not come out well and will most likely not transfer onto the garment. Fine, tiny details will not adhere to the transfer. Be sure to add a stroke and make any fine details thicker for best results. Artwork cannot contain any effects such as: glow, drop shadow, neon colors, or actual glitter. Actual colors may vary slightly. DTF prints use CMYK process. DTF does not print vibrant fluorescent neon’s, metallics, or glows, We cannot guarantee that the color you see on your computer screen, tablet, or smartphone accurately portrays the true color of the transfer but we strive to match as close as possible.

Not all art prints well to DTF. This will save lots of headaches and we can help assist with your art.

Turn Around Time

Average production time is 2-3 business days, during high volume times please expect anywhere from 4-7 business days. We have no control over the product once it leaves our premises and is shipped, we have no control over shipping times or delays. Shipping time is calculated after production is completed. Orders will ship Via USPS once completed, if you would like for us to use your carrier, please email us prior to placing your order.

Additional Information

We do NOT recommend the Cricut Easy Press or any manual hand heat press or iron as it is difficult to achieve and maintain the pressure needed for these transfers
Not recommended for garments that tend to color migrate

Use these transfers for shirt labels, chest pieces, kid’s clothing, can coolers, promotional items, front and back designs, whatever you can think of. All you need is a heat-resistant material and a quality heat press.

1) Heat press the garment for 5-10 seconds to remove excess moisture.
2) Place the transfer in the desired position on your garment. (Please consider that different fabrics may have different temp and press times)
3) Heat press transfer at 325-345 degrees F for 12-20 seconds. Mid to heavy pressure.
4) Remove the garment from the heat-press and allow it to completely cool.
5) PEEL COLD from one corner diagonally to the opposite corner.
6) Cover the image with parchment paper or a nonstick sheet and press again for 10 seconds.

Your press may vary as these instructions are a guide for time, temp, and pressure settings only.

If by any chance we run into any issues with your artwork, and you need us to modify your artwork, a minimum charge of $15 may be added.

If we need to rework the art entirely then art time will be charged at a rate of $65 per hour with a 1-hour minimum charge.

Due to the nature of our business and customization of products we can not accept returns, If you receive a wrongly printed item please reach out to us ASAP so that we are able to remedy the matter.
