REFUNDS & RETURNS

REFUNDS:

Refunds can only be granted before the garment has been printed.

– If for any reason you are not satisfied with the design and you have purchased a proof and we have not yet printed your garment, a full refund will be granted minus the proof cost.

– If proof has not been approved within 7 days without any communication from the customer as to whether or not the art is approved, we will print and ship garment.

RETURNS:

Since these are custom prints, we can not offer returns if the customer is not happy with their choice of background, picture upload. Returns can only be offered if there is a fault in the garment such as, tears, stains or wrong size was shipped.
