ART APPROVAL AGREEMENT
PLEASE READ BEFORE APPROVING.
Review proofs to confirm: spelling, artwork, and content are correct. While we take every precaution to avoid errors, we accept no responsibility for typographical errors, spelling mistakes, or incorrect information on any project committed to print or production. It is the “Client’s” responsibility to proofread and approve all final copies before the production of artwork. No refunds or reprints are given after a final approved design has gone to print due to oversights by “The Client’s” proofreading. If an error happens to occur on our end after approval and order has been printed, and the client decides not to reprint the order, we will issue store credit for future print orders.
Please note: proofs may not represent exact apparel styles, art positioning, art colors, or art size. A digital proof of your artwork on a garment will be supplied to you by email and must be approved prior to production. This proof is intended to verify that we are printing the correct artwork, placement of your artwork, and/or for garment color and style only, unless otherwise specified by us. The proof of your art sent to you is not set to any specific size but is usually set to fit the smallest garment size in your order. Please do not ask us to make your art smaller, bigger, or to move the image up or down based on the proof. If your design needs to be a specific size or you want it placed in a specific area, you will need to make these dimensions clear to us.
Colors displayed may look different on a physical print than on your computer screen or mobile device due to several factors such as individual monitor or screen color settings. Garment brand colors, styles, and consistency of the garment material will affect the colors of your printed image. If you have specific needs such as artwork size, positioning, or ink colors needed, it is the customer’s responsibility to relay that information to us. The image colors in this proof will NOT represent the actual print itself, colors may vary. There are many factors that determine the final print color. For example, if you order a white, black, and/or red-colored shirt, the colors in your design will appear differently on all three of these shirts. With DTG printing, hoodies, lower quality shirts, or garment blends with less than 50% cotton will not print as vibrant as they would on a premium 100% ringspun cotton t-shirt, because of several factors that make printing on these garments more complicated. If you are ordering a large quantity for DTG, we suggest you request a printed sample before moving forward with the entire order.
We do not match colors from previously printed garments from other print companies, their equipment and processes may be different from ours, making final print colors print differently. Again, we suggest you order a printed sample so you can see the differences before ordering your complete amount. If the color of your print must be exact, we can try to match your colors, but that would take testing and will incur additional costs to your total. We do not offer this service for rush and small quantities. We do not call customers with any issues that may come up during a run unless it is a large order. Small orders get printed as is. Custom designs are property of Stoopid T-shirt and may not be reproduced without written permission. An artwork release fee may also apply. All artwork must be approved by the customer before we move forward with the order. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the proof is correct in all areas and to specify any special requirements or requests. Please be sure to double-check the spelling, grammar, layout, and design content. If the proof containing errors is approved, the customer is responsible for all costs, including corrections and reprints that may or may not be printed at a discount.
For screen printing, we have an ink chart for plastisol inks that you can choose from. If the inks we carry do not match your design, we can color match the best we can and will charge at the current rate. We only supply PMS colors on request which will be charged at the current rate. We do not match RGB colors, you will need to select inks from our chart that best match your design. If left to us, we will choose the best ink color available.
Garment Disclaimer:
STOOPID T-SHIRT is not responsible for manufacturer defects such as color inconsistencies, stitching errors, mislabeled garments, loose/inconsistent stitching, and/or garment defects (holes in garments, ripped seams, etc.). We try our hardest to inspect the garments as we print them, but we cannot guarantee each garment. We are not the manufacturers of these garments, so we cannot ensure their construction.
Screen printing, max print size is 12” x 14”. DTG printing max print size is 14” x 16”.

SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES
Stoopid T-Shirt uses UPS, GSO and USPS for all orders. Below are the shipping options with costs and times. For international orders, please note that when purchasing larger quantities, shipping rates may increase. Depending on the country, customs may delay a package from arriving within these time frames. Currently, International orders are accepted from Australia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua and the United Kingdom. More countries will be added as we grow.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. Please note that Stoopid T-Shirt is closed on holidays and weekends. Once an order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number (not available for international orders), to help you keep track of your orders. HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
ALL SALES ARE FINAL, all orders are custom printed as you order and exchanges are accepted in the event of the following:
1. You receive a defective product. i.e. stained, ripped, broken etc.
2. You are shipped the incorrect item. i.e. you order a sweatshirt, but receive a tank top.

WHAT IF I RECEIVE DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE?
If you receive defective merchandise, please contact us at info@stoopidTshirt.com within 10 business days of receipt of goods and we will happily exchange your item(s).
Please be aware that there are certain processes that Direct to Garment (DTG) needs to go through before and after printing. First we must pretreat every garment, especially a colored garment. The pretreat is a liquid that is sprayed onto a cotton garment so that the white underbase ink stays on the surface of the garment which then allows for the colors to be printed on the surface of the white ink. This pretreat may leave a hue on certain colored garments. The pretreat then needs to be dried rapidly under a heatpress which may add pressure marks on the garment. The garment is then placed on the press for printing which needs to be clamped to a platen to assure the garment stays flat for accurate printing which may also leave clamp marks on the garment. The garment is then transferred back to the heatpress to press the garment again to cure the ink onto the garment, which also may leave a hue on the opposite side of the garment print side of the white underbase. In all of these processes, your garment will most likely arrive with these blemishes. A quick wash in your washing machine should remove these slight stains or marks. These are not returnable or refundable complaints. If you feel this may be an issue for you, please do not purchase.
